How to use
How MoCaWatch works
The system collects measures several parameters, used all together to improve the accuracy of the equipment. Furthermore, the final measure is obtained crossing iformation gathered from several vital parameters. This proceuder introduces a delay of few seconds, but the result is accurate and the procedure avoids improper alarms to be sent. Any alarm is related to all the information required to solve a specific emergency: the type of alarm, the value of physiological parameters out of normal range, the geographic localization of the people sending the alarm (if available on the mobile telephone).
MoCaWatch Dashboard
The call center operators can browse all data transmitted in via SMS by MoCaWatch thanks to MoCaWatch Dashboard, a web-application used to store and to elaborate user related alarm data in a central database. Data can be exported in a standard format, compliant with MS Office environment applications. Furthermore the system can send an email or a SMS to a specific operator (e.g.a physician) This Dashboard is easy to use and can be managed with a common web browser
